Ask usAre there any hidden fees?
No. The package price covers delivery, setup, soundcheck, support during your event, and next-day pickup within Metro Manila. Extra charges only apply for overtime, damage, or late cancellation, as listed in our rental policies.
What if my party runs longer?
Rentals last 24 hours from setup. After that, overtime is ₱500 per extra hour, unless you arrange a longer rental in advance.
Do you offer discounts for multi-day rentals?
Yes. Rentals of 2 days or more get 15% off the daily rate, and weekly rentals (7+ days) get 25% off.
What happens to my deposit if I cancel?
Cancel 7 or more days ahead for a full refund of your deposit. With 3–6 days' notice, you get 50% back or a free reschedule within 30 days. With less than 48 hours' notice, the deposit isn't refundable, but you can reschedule once within 14 days.
Can I switch packages after booking?
Yes. You can upgrade microphones, speakers, or display size any time before delivery. Message us and we'll update your booking.
