How it works

From booking to first song, here's what to expect

You choose the machine and the date. We handle delivery, setup, support during your event, and pickup the next day. Here's each step, and what we'll need from you along the way.

Four steps, and who does what

  1. 01

    Choose your machine

    Pick the setup that fits your venue, guest list, and budget. Each machine lists its songs, microphones, speakers, and screen, so you can compare them side by side.

    Good to know

    • You can upgrade mics, speakers, or display size any time before delivery.
  2. 02

    Book and confirm your slot

    Create a free account, choose your date, and add any special requests. We confirm your delivery window and check access, parking, and power at your venue.

    Good to know

    • Your setup window depends on your zone. Find yours.
    • Need setup before 8 AM? Give us at least 48 hours' notice.
  3. 03

    We deliver and set up

    Our crew arrives in your window and has everything running in about 15 minutes. We run a soundcheck, balance the mics, and sync the display before your guests arrive.

    What we need from you

    • Someone present at drop-off to sign the inspection report
    • A valid government ID
  4. 04

    Enjoy the party, then we pick up

    Your rental runs 24 hours from setup. If anything stops working, call our 24/7 hotline and an on-call technician will help. The next day, between 9:00 AM and 1:00 PM, we pack up and run a quick equipment check with you.

    Good to know

    • Overtime is ₱500 per extra hour unless arranged in advance.
    • Minor scratches and normal wear aren't charged. See rental policies.
