We accept all major credit cards, GCash, Maya, and bank transfers.
What do I need on delivery day?
The renter must be present at delivery to sign the inspection report and show a valid government ID.
Can I cancel or reschedule?
Yes. Cancel 7 or more days ahead for a full refund of your deposit. With 3–6 days' notice, you get 50% back or a free reschedule within 30 days. See the full cancellation policy.
Can you set up before 8 AM?
Yes, with at least 48 hours' notice. Mention it in your message or when you book.
Do you deliver outside Metro Manila?
We can cover nearby provinces for multi-day events. Send us your location and dates, and we'll arrange a dedicated delivery route.
